At our first meeting we sit down with you and get a thorough understanding of exactly what your project requires. We take time to understand the project objectives and build a brief based on your aspirations and expectations and our wealth of experience. We also offer advice on the best value approach to the project.
We can then agree the schedule of works; budget, start date and timeframe to completion. We can also assist with technical issues such as architectural plans, engineering specifications and any planning applications.
Throughout the duration of the job, our project manager will act as a single point of contact — keeping you updated on all developments and address any queries you may have right up to and beyond obtaining your Council Completion Certificate.
As well as competitive tendering for projects we offer a 'Design and Build' service. From inception to completion, we can deliver your project with a fast track fixed cost solution. With a single point of responsibility we guide our clients, step by step through the process of enhancing your property, with the utmost professionalism.
